Good morning, $IFXY shareholders. We have replaced our legal counsel due to staff changes at their firm. We've been actively in contact with OTCM and should be current soon. News to follow.

Great news! We've regained current status. Shareholder update will be prepped over weekend and released at some point next week. A reminder, our Q1 2023 report due 11/14 will be first time Mi Pulpe results are included under $IFXY.

It was a very tough announcement to make on Monday. Over time, it will show itself as something that I did to actually protect the future of $IFXY and its shareholders . A reminder no RS will happen, and filings are on the way.

$IFXY shareholders, we are currently preparing our annual report to file in the next two weeks. Once the report is filed, we will provide a shareholder update soon afterward outlining our business model going forward & a general timeline of when to expect certain goals to be met.
