Celebration of Learning. Our grade eights are ready for graduation and the sharing of the journey, “Becoming Me” Students across the school will visit the exhibit and we look forward to welcoming families and the wider Viola Desmond school community tomorrow.

DYK: Islamic calender also has 12 months. Today is Day of Arafat. 9th day on the 12th month. Many Muslims will be fasting as this day marks the last sermon Prophet Muhammed (pbuh) gave where the Islamic faith was finalized. Tomorrow will be Eid al-Adha. That's your Muslim Minute!
