I've never had to step away from a discussion on the internet because it has genuinely taken a toll on me before. But seeing a known FFXIV streamer claim that sexual assault claims need to have concrete proof to make an accusation otherwise they won't believe them just.. hurts.

I just learned that there is an NPC in WoW called Aerith Primrose and she even wears some similar outfit as Aerith from FF7. In the latest expansion, she is found dead with a great sword impaled on her😭

As I've gotten older, I've grown more and more wary of people who revel in being an asshole. Being intentionally cruel does nothing but put you in a headspace that ultimately makes you and everyone around you miserable. Being angry all the time does awful things to your mental.
