I’m new to yoga.

Last night, I went to a yoga class where the instructor had us close one nostril with our thumb and focus on breathing out of the other nostril for 30 minutes and—at the same time—she told us stories about snowboarding.

I finally see what all the fuss is about.

This observation is just based on some casual perusing: Netflix really seems to be getting into the Ray Romano business.
