Day 2, pickleball and walks. Gotta nail down the diet! That’s what I hear is where it’s at. Run tomorrow!

Day 3! Went for under a 10 min mile… lots of downhills tho… Time to lock in the diet/calorie counting. Yew!

Day 4! 6am pickleball. Something small but still getting out there. Maybe hit the bike tonight or go for a jog.

Day 5!!! In the books! No idea if this is an accurate amount of calories burned… but wow I’m tired!

This is pretty epic! Can’t wait to talk through some of these things.

Light day today with a walk. Day 6 is complete!

Day 8, Yesterday I took a rest day. This morning got in a solid 2 hours of “football”/“soccer” Didn’t wear my watch so no stats, but tired. Kinda crazy!! Get out there and move today! Woohoo!

My initial thought was… We are learning as we go! But this is great news after learning it’s not a car! ;)

Day 9. Resistance training a bit. Thinking we move to 10k steps a day no matter what now. Gotta hit a run tomorrow. GN!

Day 10! 45 min of biking. Getting hit by a massive heat wave so haven’t really run. Gotta get back to it!

Day 11- pickleball. Need to focus up on running but the heat wave is terrible!

Time to get after it!!!!
