Really gutted not to be able to attend the Inspiring Women in Leadership celebration today, as unable to be given time off 💕✨🤍 thinking about everyone this afternoon, hope you are all have a great time connecting, and thank you all you lovely ladies for everything, you all inspire me 🤍

This morning we were delighted to bring together a number of our Mentors & Mentees to celebrate the end of our 2021/22 session! It was wonderful to have people together in the same room and we can't wait to do it all over again when we launch our 2022/23 session! #iCANIIWiL

Kitbag is a tool we use to facilitate communication and trust within our amazing women. Sometimes is hard to find the right time to talk about how we feel but this helps us create that moment👩‍❤️‍👩

👥𝔻𝕚𝕧𝕖𝕣𝕤𝕚𝕥𝕪 is having a group of different women 🗣️𝕀𝕟𝕔𝕝𝕦𝕤𝕚𝕠𝕟 is together challenging the gender status quo and 💙𝔹𝕖𝕝𝕠𝕟𝕘𝕚𝕟𝕘 is knowing you have a community where you are heard, accepted, held and is safe to grow

As women continue 2 seek #equality I continue 2 see examples of #EverydaySexism Some men displaying those behaviours might be unaware, surprised if challenged, due to unconscious bias. We need more women to highlight these behaviours, & more men willing to listen Inspiring Women in Leadership

2/4 Here are some points that might be of use to others: 1.Have a separation and reunion ritual. A hug, handshake, a phrase to say goodbye. 2. A transitional object could be helpful, something that reminds them of you, it keeps you close.

3/4 3. Create school day routines. Talk about them. Predictability will help reduce anxiety. 4. Validate their feelings and offer them your reassurance. 5. Don't compare your child, or you to any other child or family. They are all unique.
