On 18 June 2025, 99 participants from over 15 African countries virtually launched the ICT Network Managers Training Programme for Indigenous and Rural Communities. Led by Int’l Telecommunication Union, APC , Rhizomatica and AFRALTI, it empowers communities to build and manage connectivity.
