Too many fans have just allowed past reactions from past seasons to dictate their feelings about this current team. So even among a 8-3 season so far, some fans have absolutely nothing positive to say about this team, and that's a shame

My plan for the offseason would be to fire the GM and let the new GM have complete control over the direction going forward. Wants to keep Shane for a lame duck season to evaluate everything? Sure, why not. Wants a new head coach? Alright sounds good. Whatever they want

A big part of this is that the Colts can't afford another Chris Ballard draft class. The young talent on rookie contracts on this team is rough aside from like Goncalves, Bort, and Warren (and they aren't stars or anything). Need to find some difference makers in the draft

Hire somebody from the Rams front office because those guys seem to find stars throughout the draft even without high picks smh
