Said it at the time, Murray's kick to touch in the dying minutes against England wasn't the problem. It's the fact we then couldn't deal defensively with a lineout on the half way line. Right initial decision, poor subsequent execution all round.

Missed the Leinster game yesterday but a bad result. Munster beating Bulls helps us out a bit. Tough game against Stormers coming up and we may well fall into 2nd place behind Glasgow but they too have a tricky trip to SA coming up. We need to win every game back in Ireland.

Ellie Kildunne was absurdly good today. Pretty much every time she touched the ball she took us to pieces.

Extraordinary. 82,000 at a European rugby game for the first time since the semi-final in 2009. Goes to show that even now this tournament still means something to people.

That's a strong enough ol' team that's gone down to South Africa, albeit with the XV staying home. Huge to have Ngatai back. The pack is a little green and that's certainly something the Lions will target. Am I right in saying that's Mangan's first senior start for Leinster?
