Again, Scotland is potentially leading the way. This bill by Monica Lennon MSP deserves the cross party support it is receiving. It's not about punishing those who litter (let's work on them through positive behaviour change methods), but those causing severe environmental harm.

This is a great move and it is after great work by the Marine Conservation Society , Laura Young and others that we are seeing a ban on single use vapes from today. It's one less item (once all the stockpiled vapes are finished) polluting our planet and it is another step in the right direction.
