Fun fact. Ipswich is purportedly the first ever Anglo Saxon outpost taken over and populated by Vikings.

Today we remember Folajimi 'Jimi' Olubunmi-Adewole, who was only 20 years old when he jumped into the Thames to save a woman's life three years ago. His heroic and selfless act should be remembered and honoured.

One of the key takeaways from the research in this new Children & Young People's Mental Health Coalition report is that a whopping 70% of yp say that there is not a trusted adult at their formal education setting with whom they could speak about their needs.
