🎾🏆🎾 Well done ⁦Hollin Primary⁩ year 5 tennis players who won the RUSC mixed doubles tournament today. Both our girls pairs and the boys pairs won 8 out of their 10 matches to take girls🥇and boys🥇and when combined they were top out of the four schools who took part 👏👏

🏀🏀 Year 4 basketball today, a new event for ⁦MPSSA⁩ schools. ⁦Hollin Primary⁩ had two teams competing out of the 8 teams playing. Our yellow team W3 L4 to finish joint 4th and our purple team W5 D1 L1 to take the🥈. Well to to St Gabriels who won 👏👏

🏏🏏 The sun is shining so must be cricket season🙂 Today, ⁦Hollin Primary⁩ hosted ⁦Mrs Butterworth⁩ in the 11-a-side semi final. Both teams had 15 overs to bat and with a target of 115 to reach, Hollin fell 5 runs shorts to end on 109. Well played both teams 👏👏

🏏🏏 Well done to Hollin Primary 6-a-side boys cricketers who competed in a six school competition today. The schools split into two leagues and we started with a 3 run loss to Mrs Butterworth before winning against Boarshaw Primary. This put us into the🥉match to be played next week

🏏🏏 Today, Hollin Primary boys 6-a-side cricketers played their bronze medal match against Alkrington Primary School. The final score was : Alkrington 65 for 1 Hollin 35 all out. Congratulations to the Alkrington team, Hollin were awarded 4th place certificates 👏👏

⚾️🏆⚾️ What a fantastic way to finish the sports fixtures for this academic year. Today was the Y4 flatbat final with ⁦Hollin Primary⁩ scoring 11 1/2 and ⁦⁦St Peter’s RC Primary⁩ scoring 11. An extremely tight game with some great play by both. Well done Hollin 🏆🥇 👏👏
