#Forestschool Year 4 had an amazing afternoon exploring Alkrington Woods. We enjoyed exploring the stream, looking at different insects like fresh water shrimps. We also had a well earned drink of lemonade in the sunshine ☀️

We have been learning about pirates in #history and how to 'talk like a pirate'. We enjoyed lots of follow up activities including making our own pirates, building pirate ships and learning some dances and songs. #RR

#nursery #Forestschool Yesterday afternoon, nursery wanted to get involved with some whittling. We learned how to handle tools safely, as well as promoting our hand to eye co ordination skills and fine motor skills. Great job!

#Forestschool We’re really pleased to share that Miss Round has attended a Therapeutic Forest School course in Prestwich. Over four in-depth modules, Miss Round learnt practical strategies to support children with needs and become a more inclusive Forest School. 🌲
