Works are now well underway on our commercial to residential conversion in Sutton Coldfield High Street. The metal tracking partitions are now all erected, with first fixing beginning today. The dilapidation to the ground floor is now near completion, ready for the new tenant.

Works are now complete on our specialist adaptation project in Merseyside. All ready to be handed over to the client tomorrow. Externally we constructed a single story rear extension complete with level threshold doors, allowing the client access an egress to their garden!
