Yay! This preprint is now published in eLife along with three peer reviews. The reviewers noted that the work is significant and the data is solid. They also pointed that biological follow up is limited. We will now work on this for the revision :) elifesciences.org/reviewed-prepr…

Dear Yura, This is an interesting inspiring study with an exciting novel tool. I wonder why you found that many IM proteins dive all the way into the matrix 🤔. This reminds me of the conservative sorting discussion of the 90s.
