And let's not forget Durham University that this is an ongoing 50% deduction from a salary that in real terms is already worth 15% less than 2 years ago and 25% less than 12 years ago. Compared to 2009, we were already working 5 days a week for 4 days pay even before MAB started

Losing over £1800 this month in punitive MAB deductions from University of York. 50% of my salary taken for refusing to undertake <10% of my contracted work over the past two months. In a dispute the aims of which the York VC publicly claims to support. This is wage theft.
