Last week, 41 states and 9 countries came together in Seattle for HF Partners Conf. Stephen Gaetz & @MelanieRedman shared #MakingTheShift's research outcomes from the #HousingFirst for Youth (#HF4Y) demonstration sites which have shown to increase positive outcomes for young people.
