I know people who've had repeated sick notes yet Ive known others who are literally so ill they cant get out of bed & the dr still won't give them one

It makes sense for these to be done by a central, standardised service but at what cost to the patient?

And to be honest im not sure what I believe anymore or who to trust, particularly fellow accounts. What I have learnt is that existing 'locally' (without influence of news from across the world) is a much healthier & less consuming way to live

· Do some form of cardio
· Eat a mostly healthy diet
· Have a solid group of friends
· Keep your body fat levels healthy
· Lift weights. Get stronger in the gym.
· Stop stressing about shit you don't have control over
