Last week, we were honoured to welcome King Letsie III of Lesotho and a delegation of Ministers to the BII offices. The roundtable discussion focussed on supporting Lesotho's clean energy transition, in particular, the Just Energy Transition Fund.

On Friday, rise was part of a celebratory event at Westminster University in London in the presence of HM King Letsie III as part of #Lesotho200 . Representing rise was Valentina, as well as Retsepile Rammoko and our partner University College London representative Hector Altaminaro.

A celebration this evening in Maseru with Her Majesty Queen Masenate and representatives of Gavi, the Vaccine Alliance. The success Lesotho has had with its rollout of HPV vaccines for over 139 thousand girls and testing 93% of girls for cervical cancer is an achievement to be commended.

A high quality discussion last week as part of the visit of His Majesty King Letsie III and Ministerial delegation with the Lord Mayor of London.

The Lord Mayor is an international ambassador for the financial and professional services sector in the UK.

A visit this week by Gavi, the Vaccine Alliance here in Lesotho. I joined the visit at Likotsi Filter Clinic in Thetsane.

The work the GAVI Alliance does is invaluable. It saves lives especially the lives of young children.

The UK is honoured to be a major contibutor to the Alliance.

I really enjoyed the event celebrating #Lesotho200 University of Westminster this past Friday. Honoured to be there as His Majesty celebrated with the Basotho diaspora along with some of the many Brits who love Lesotho.

A delicious meal last night at the Eating House in the village of Calver with His Majesty King Letsie III and delegation. A lovely spot in England's Peak District. I really enjoyed the newly created King Letsie III Quiche we had alongside the Coronation Quiche.
