However and worryingly, those organisations set up to PROTECT children are still compromised, as they are completely captured by transgenderism.

Rachel Meade awarded extensive damages including unprecedented exemplary damages against a regulator for belief discrimination. Exemplary damages are awarded to punish conduct that is “oppressive, arbitrary or unconstitutional”. They should set an example. Let’s hope they do.

Both respondents must also pay aggravated damages.

Aggravated damages are awarded when a party has behaved in a 'high-handed, malicious, insulting or oppressive manner' in committing the act of discrimination.

This is a huge deal. Exemplary damages are very rare in the employment tribunal. Theyre used to signal extreme disapproval of egregious behaviour, in this case by Social Work England, the regulator. Whoever gave SWE legal advice that didn't consist of 'you've massively screwed
