Significant that the award includes not only an injury to feelings award in the top band available, but also aggravated damages (which are rare) & against the regulator only, exemplary damages (even more rare). Employers & regulators should take careful note.

A really important thread here. Huge congrats to Rachel Meade and her brilliant legal team. The depth of corporate capture by the activist narrative, and the damage this has done is well illustrated by this case. A lot of bodies need to do a lot of thinking.
