This is huge, exemplary damages are so rare. I have never seen them in my career. I have only achieved aggravated damages for a client once.

Significant that the award includes not only an injury to feelings award in the top band available, but also aggravated damages (which are rare) & against the regulator only, exemplary damages (even more rare). Employers & regulators should take careful note.
