A glorious day at Crymlyn Burrows with Hannah Lee || she/her Dynamic Dunescapes Plantlife Cymru. Launching the new sculptural entrance artwork, and lots of wildlife spotting with SEWBReC too.
An unexpected encounter during a recent #ROVsurvey in Loch Torridon with a #flapperskate at a depth of 47 metres. As it is a rare and #endangeredspecies, we have logged all the details with Former NatureScot account who will enter them into the Skate Spotter database.
The team recently attended the Wales Marine Evidence Conference held at Bangor University to share more about the work to better understand sharks, skates and rays along the Welsh coast. Working with fishers & communities and opportunities to get involved with the project.
Recently we attended the All The Elements #outdoorconnection - to meet lots of other folk and YHA England & Wales #OutdoorCitizens working to break down barriers to the outdoors & make green and blue spaces more accessible to all.💙 It was great to be a part of such a fantastic event!
