For the 1st time #NHSStaffSurvey asked about 'unwanted behaviour of a sexual nature' at work. On average, around 4% of NHS staff reported incident/s of sexual behaviour from colleagues. Medics, nursing associates, HCAs and ambo staff all above average on this.
NHS staff have been asked for the first time if they have experienced unwanted behaviour of a sexual nature in the workplace for this year's staff survey.
Ambulance staff recorded the highest levels from both the public and their own colleagues. #NHSstaffsurvey2023
