NW Neonatal ODN Yes even simple things like re-securing probes really help feeling like you have a role, building up to aspiration and administration of meds - but I could only do this after my confidence had been built up.

Our adopted son has passed his SATs against the odds. He came at 5yrs with multiple needs & was still 2yrs behind age expected in Sept 17. It’s a credit to him. But also to his primary school who used the pupil premium+ so expertly to meet his exacting needs. He now knows he can!
