Shocked the Samsung Mobile decided to use images a of a groomer a using scissors on a shedding breed that wouldn’t have a hair cut. Why doesn’t this stuff get picked up? Another example of people not taking the grooming industry seriously. #doggrooming

Last night I was put in a life threatening situation by The Goudhurst Inn I got caught in the snow in Horsemonden and my had to leave my car. I booked a hotel on Booking.com which was confirmed at Goudhurst inn. I even got an email to ask if I wanted to book a table….

I walked just under 3hrs in the snow and was frozen to the core. Got to the hotel and they had given my room up. Turned me away and threw me out in to the cold with no where to go. If you have ever been to The Goudhurst Inn you will know it’s in the middle of nowhere….

The Goudhurst Inn had no sympathy for me. No shelter offered, just concern about their journey home. I had nowhere to go, I walked in despair to try and find my car again. And was luckily rescued by a sympathetic couple who were in their car and trying to get home.

The Goudhurst Inn how could an inn do this to someone? Surely it would have been better to have sacrificed their evening and kept the bar open to at least help me to sort something out. Or even to get warm again.The outcome would have been positive instead of very negative.

The Goudhurst Inn having spoken to Olly the manager, it’s clear they couldn’t give two hoots about my personal safety. Simply brushing my concerns off and most certainly not managing my complaint. I COULD HAVE DIED! I need someone to give me an explanation #furious

So hugely disappointed with BBC The One Show Grooming is a highly skilled profession. There is no mention as to whether Liza is a qualified groomer. In an unregulated industry there are so many people charging fortunes for courses with no qualifications themselves. Laughing at 1/2
