Today I observed the outcome of rehab with a lump in my throat. 2 years ago my patient sustained a TBI in a motor cycle accident. This afternoon he returned riding his motorbike & if that wasn’t enough he showed me pictures of him working on a roof 🙈 #Rehabilitation Royal College of Occupational Therapists

Have to say this made me laugh but think somewhere in there is a grain of truth.......some meetings are indeed necessary but has anyone ever taken an overview of number of meetings v cost to organisation v benefit to organisation?

My reflections this week 👇 The importance of courteous , respectful, professional & kind communication (including e-mail) cannot be underestimated. How we communicate with others is a direct reflection on ourselves & the organisation we represent🙏
