“Short stories are a window into an author’s world, but also into the worlds of others. As we discuss, we better understand people whose perceptions are so magically different from our own.” Meet Greggor Mattson and our other facilitators at reflectionpoint.org/the-rp-approach.

"Let's Roll!" is how insensitively/inappropriately these "leaders" refer to a bill that would violently detransition youth, put medical providers out of business & prevent youth from being referred to out-of-Ohio care. Let parents make healthcare decisions. #protecttransyouth

My article is published in Contexts Magazine! Open-access until 3/15. I wrote about my research on Black women who are aging themselves at work in an effort to curb the effects of gendered racism + ageism, and the disadvantages of Black don't crack. journals.sagepub.com/doi/full/10.11…

Finished the Who Needs Gay Bars? audiobook (Greggor Mattson) after one month—I’ve been listening to it instead of music on long drives. Of course I’ll read the physical book too but the book is fun! Fun fact: I finished Ch26 (leather stallion saloon) right as I arrived at CLAW

Who Needs Gay Bars? is now in paperback! The question that frames this story is not asking whether gay bars are needed, but for whom, earnestly exploring the diversity of folks and purposes they serve today. #Pride #ReadUP sup.org/books/title/?i…
