A hard spending cap in the Premier League might not change the power balance of the competition overnight, but it would be a step in the right direction.

𝗘𝗫𝗖𝗟𝗨𝗦𝗜𝗩𝗘: The majority of Premier League clubs want to introduce a hard spending cap — and the motion will be voted on Monday.
The cap would allow clubs to only spend five times the commercial and broadcast revenue of the lowest team in the division.
