Crews need to take an emergency outage after a GMP helicopter patrol spotted damage following the storm. Crews will do emergency repairs from around 10 pm -1 am. This is for 1500 people in Reading, Windsor, West Windsor & Weathersfield #vt . Here's a map of the area:
