Crews need to take an emergency outage after a GMP helicopter patrol spotted damage following the storm. Crews will do emergency repairs from around 10 pm -1 am. This is for 1500 people in Reading, Windsor, West Windsor & Weathersfield . Here's a map of the area:

The precipitation will gradually change to snow this evening if it is not snowing already. Snowfall rates will increase as well. Totals by Friday will be very elevation dependent, ranging from a few inches in the Champlain Valley to around 2 feet on a few east facing slopes
