This is OUTSIDE land covered by the Act. HS2 damaging this woodland is a criminal offence by that Act. This is an SSSI and ancient woodland. A whole edge of the wood is being felled which serves as habitat for very rare Bechsteins bats....

This has got to stop. For God's sake enough already.
