Different grassland management strategies are used in various areas of the Park. The Eastern Shores is closely linked to the Lake St Lucia ecosystem with variation in topography and vegetation as it is closer to the sea. Here management is more intensive than other Park sections.

Good to see the upcoming Attenborough on UK wildlife #wildisles has a whole programme dedicated to our amazing grasslands. Too often their Cinderella status means they are missed out.
