This morning, in quality partnership with The PE Team we staged our School Games Sportshall Parallel Challenge for KS2 children from sch’s across #Newcastle & #northtyneside with fantastic, enthusiastic leaders from Gosforth Academy PE & St Cuthberts Cath High,who were brilliant

You made some really good suggestions for things we can do to help you... So, we've listened to all of your ideas and put together a bank of remote learning resources which we will set today on 🐸

We've included info on the benefits of being active💪🧠, government guidelines on how much activity you should aim for where possible 👀. Plus useful info from @officialsportengland on outdoor sport & where you can find free local facilities such as 🎾 & 🏀 courts!

We've also included some running🏃‍♀️, HIIT, circuit & yoga🧘‍♂️workouts as well as walking, cycling🚴‍♂️ & running routes in our local area! There's even some info in there on how to stay motivated and eat healthy 🍽️ with links to helpful apps, YouTube clips and podcasts too!
