The Spurn lightship looking smart in its new position at the marina after restoration. Built in Goole in 1927 it served as a navigation aid to the mouth of the Humber for 48 years.

Notice of AGM of the Goole Civic Society - Wednesday 24th April at 7.15pm. West Park Cafe. New members and visitors are welcome to attend to see what the Society have planned 2024-25. Highlights include a blue plaque, a 2025 calendar and preparations for Goole's bi-centenary.

Our Alexandra Street School site has been replanted. New planters, weed liner and plants funded by the East Riding Quick Fix Fund. Plants were purchased from The Green Team our local community garden centre.
