Saddened that client with implacably hostile ex, in breach of contact order is throwing in the towel. Disheartened. Children now refer to him by first name. 2 years since physical contact. Last hearing in June 2022; HHJ sought review in October. Still waiting.. Disheartening.

Very encouraged by possible end of trend for psychologists, not court to resolve issue of 'parental alienation'. Many clients would be disadvantaged by the delays, costs and hazards of misdiagnosis, had this worrying trend been allowed to continue without restraint.
