NEWS: 7’1” Dame Salane has committed to Arizona State, per his manager Andre Oupoh of Elite247 Management. Salane played in the Swiss Basketball League with Club Lugano Basket.

BREAKING: Dame Salane, a 7-foot-1 Senegalese center, has committed to join ASU's team this year. He played in 10 games for Lugano Tigers in the Swiss Basketball League this year, averaging 7.8 points, 5.9 rebounds and 2.4 blocked shots.

After losing Leo Curtis a few months back, ASU has found a new center (who is actually an inch taller than Curtis) in 7’1” Dame Slane. Recently played in Switzerland and at the high school level in Texas.
