A little write up from an interview I had with Kent sports news recently about my nightmare 2018 season...

Continuing this weeks trend with some late night race bike preparation. Sticker removal tonight. Brakes, wheels and shopping list for parts required completed earlier in the week. Hopefully a more successful year at Bennetts British Superbike Championship, North West 200 and Ulster Grand Prix this season!

Gutted not to be able to ride at this years North West 200 due to machine issues but still have accommodation booked. I’ll be there Thursday afternoon to Sunday morning. Anybody looking for somewhere to stay? 3-4 spaces available...

Well, we're all set for North West 200 practice in morning, newcomers and supersport are the first two sessions. Been plenty of hard work and long hours to get sorted but all is good and bikes looking smart again. Massive thanks to my dad and Laura Dixon. Excited and nervous.

I'd just like to wish everybody riding today at the North West 200 a safe, successful and enjoyable days racing. Wish I was out there taking part but completely understand the reason I can't from a safety point of view. Will try again next year!
