We have just confirmed with mr.zak.b about our little pop up to be involved with @ribblevalleyjazz

Zak first popped along last year for a really casual guitar set for a couple of hours and we are going to be doing the same this year.

This process this beer has gone through really brings some crisp clean flavours, pairing perfectly with our Reuben toastie!

We were given a tud of freshly picked wild garlic.

Now what's the best thing to do with the stems? We are thinking pickled stems and flowers in a spicy Korean style brine. What would you recommend??

So one of George's best friends has just had a little boy and called him Reuben!

So in ode to Reuben we are putting the 'The Reuben' on as a special next week!
