You could buy both of these to let drinkers appreciate the flavours that come from Boil-only hops in Random and then the Dry Hopping character on the Hop Tango IPA which is quite different.

Hop Tango 5% IPA going into cask and Keykeg now tasting good, plenty of fruit, zest, a hint of pepper spice. Available in cask from Monday and KK about a week later, only 2x being Kegged.

Going to start a campaign to make anyone on TV or Radio go on courses to learn to pronounce 'Nothing' the media is promoting too much 'Nothink' and they are all numpties. Anyone who is interviewed not only needs to sign a realise form they must take a short 'Nothing' course.

Is it about time we brewed a Fined/Clear 5% beer? We've not done a 5%er without haze for a good while and we do occasionally get asked for one. What style should that 5% Clear beer be??

New pale ale brewing today, Random 4% is whatever we want it to be, just so long as it’s Pale and 4%! This one is using NZ Waimea and US Mosaic, it will be Fined/Clear. 👍
