I just finished ALL DIRT ROADS TASTE OF SALT. I really need it explained to me how *three* (!!!) young Black women auteurs had striking directorial debuts last year and it’s not a story. This is shocking and indicts all of us. The other two were EARTH MAMA and A THOUSAND AND ONE.
