Teddy has summed up my thoughts exactly. In medicine, all your med reg time gets you a general medicine CCT. In anaesthesia, all your ICM time gets you a “not good enough as you haven’t done the exam”. Something has to change IMHO.

So the ever so highly independent GMC review into the #Bawagarba has been done by someone trying to get the job of GMC chair (and succeeding). Another great moment for UK medicine.
