Type 2 diabetes is often considered a protein misfolding disease. But where are these toxic proteins found? 🤔 🚨In new work out today in Nature Metabolism, we show that mitochondrial protein misfolding (yes mitos🤯) leads to beta cell damage in T2D. 🚨 nature.com/articles/s4225… 1/n

Over 7 billion...yes BILLION doses of Covid mRNA vaccines have been given So you can hardly keep calling it experimental. And based on anti vaxxer propaganda about how dangerous it is, we should have seen most of the world's population wiped out by now. Didn't happen.

I cannot stress this enough: pairing a 4% funding line with the largest cut in NCI history will devastate the future of cancer research - and patients. We would be turning our backs on decades of progress.

This new preprint was designed so poorly that it provides absolutely no proof that mRNA vaccines caused cancer/other diseases. It compared 10 (!) handpicked sick patients to 803 healthy patients. And behold, they show different RNA expression profiles. Because they were sick.
