Hi Elon Musk, as you might know, Tesla is experiencing a Delivery Hell in Italy: many, who had their delivery booked, the car fully paid and all documents ready, got a call less then 24h before delivery, telling them that the car had’t arrived yet. Why is this happening (again)?
