It's not an accident or bad luck that many systems are spinning into red alert territory all at the same time, friends. It's happening because everything is connected so crises spiral and cascade and converge.

It's happening because, for hundreds of years, centers of power have operated from a worldview that does not fit how the world works and eventually that kind of break with reality has consequences that stretch back around all they way to the centers of power.

It's happening because, instead of taking loss & suffering as a sign that something is wrong in that core thinking (and the politics and economics emerging from it) and looking for alternatives, centers of power instead hide the evidence through misinformation and corruption...

...and double down on the same ill-conceived strategies of domination, extraction, wealth accumulation, and separation.

This doesn't mean there's nothing to be done. There's a world of things to do, from divesting from the dead-end epistemologies and embodying life-sustaining ones to disrupting patterns of domination and strengthening patterns of mutuality.

And, since everything is connected, you can do that anywhere, at any level, in any job, in any geography.
