129 days since I have stepped on the mound. I pitched 1 inning today against the Topeka Stogies team. 1 walk and 3 K’s! Sat 84-86 on my FB, topped 87 and 71-73 on my CU. Can’t throwing breaking pitches just yet. Not bad for for day 1 and only at 90-95%.
