ARU recruiting US players. Get Masters in 1yr and keep playing abroad. Player will need some funding (fafsa) to cover accomodation&small portion of tuition. 1. male US 1 or combo gaurd, straight out of college. 2.female US 4/5 again straight out of college. Need film. DM me.

It’s been a crazy journey over the past few years, but to finally pass the FECC coach course fills me with joy. I couldn’t have done it without those family and friends who support me on the road back. Graduated top 10 in my class. I hope it’s another comma in the journey.

Liked a lot of stuff, adjustments ideas on D? 1. Run back on the shot stop ball watching 2. After turnovers smart fouls to cancel transition 3. Bigs stay in line with roll when showing/drop so we don’t give up lobs 4. More hand pressure on the ball and on passing lanes in PnR

Roster construction; We seem to lack a stretch 4 and a PG? I’d have like to see forward thinking nearly every other country have their top u20 on roster. If we are unlikely to compete especially reason to blood our top youngsters and try to make them feel part of the program?

Much smaller level but the change people want is possible although a tough journey. Took 8 years to gradually introduce 1/2 talented young players from each junior class. BUT you build a group who you invested in and who want to give back. You build culture & shape style of play.
