But that money ran out. So in February they protested a second time at Seattle City Hall, demanding more cash for motel stays.

This is all being orchestrated by far-left activists with Stop The Sweeps Seattle and various 'mutual aid' groups. They are the ones who guided the migrants to this location.

This group of mostly Venezuelans and Angolans started off at Riverton Park United Methodist Church in Tukwila. During the cold snap in January, they protested at Seattle City Hall and convinced Mayor Harrell to pay for temporary motel stays in Kent.
