Jack Wootton Forth Rivers Trust will give a talk on the eel, in Haddington Townhouse Wednesday 12th June 7:00 pm. discussing the life history of the eel, current conservation issues, including illegal trafficking that are contributing to the decline in eel stocks. All welcome!
Who gets excited about eels. Friends of the River Tyne do after a fascinating talk on these animals from Jack Wootton Forth Rivers Trust. The enthusiasm was infectious. The audience receptive and now educated. Thanks Jack!
Friends of the River Tyne will have a stall at Haddington Show - East Lothian's farm & rural show on Saturday 29th June. We're in the Countryside tent. Look forward to seeing you there.
