A couple fun privacy facts about CourtListener:

1) We don't use Google Analytics, and instead opt for a much more private tracker to log usage stats. Even then, we only log traffic on one of ten page loads. When we look at our dashboard, we multiply × 10 to get real numbers.

2) We make a point of storing as little information about our users as possible, and consider it a feature. For example, the RECAP has never required a login, despite how useful it could be.

3) Last week an ad-guy told us we could make about $40k/month with some basic ads. We turned it down. Big money. Not our style.
