Our new API for looking up and validating citations is about to get a lot better. In the coming weeks, we will add about five million more citations to our case law database. We've been working on it for months. It's getting close.

CourtListener and RECAP are encountering some performance degradation at the database tier today. We're working on it and hope to have a fix soon. Apologies for any sluggishness you experience.
