For #WeekMForMusic #AlphabetChallenge I’ve been to quite a few music concerts over the years, I have more programmes somewhere, here are 3 I could find, Florence & the machine, ELO & The Christians 🎶

Wet & windy #EveningWalk smell of bonfire smoke, plenty of leaves by the cemetery, it seems autumn has arrived 🍂☔️🍁

A soggy #MorningWalk snails on the lane, cows mooing out of the darkness, a few Robins singing, just getting light on our return 🐌🌾💦

As I begin making the Festive Fruit Cakes I was brave and reached into the darkest recesses of the store cupboard for the legendary Tin of Treacle. It's now 11 years out of date and going strong. At a usage rate of 1tbsp a year I think this old thing is good for another 35 years.

Heartbroken farewell to #MaggieSmith “Then there was a star danced, & under that was I born” (Much Ado) #Shakespeare

She passed away peacefully in hospital early this morning. 😪 An intensely private person, she was with friends and family at the end. She leaves two sons and five loving grandchildren who are devastated by the loss of their extraordinary mother and grandmother. #MaggieSmith
